The Stackyapper NinjaOne integration is a governed connection that lets an authorized AI client request approved devices, alerts, software, patch, policy, and other permitted endpoint-management records. It exposes reviewed tools through Stackyapper’s remote MCP endpoint instead of giving the AI client the provider credential.

How is NinjaOne access controlled?

  4. Every call is checked against tool policy and risk class before provider transport.
  5. Actions that require confirmation do not execute until the exact request is confirmed.

Does NinjaOne send its API credential to Claude or ChatGPT?

No. Stackyapper uses the encrypted provider credential behind its controlled transport boundary. The credential is not returned to the AI client in the MCP response.

How do I connect NinjaOne to an AI assistant?

  1. Create or select the correct Stackyapper workspace.
  2. Add the NinjaOne service connection using the provider’s required authorization method.
  3. Review and grant only the tools the intended users need.
  4. Connect the AI client to https://mcp.stackyapper.dev/mcp.
  5. Sign in and select the authorized workspace when prompted.
