Every managed customer workspace includes unlimited customer users, separate apps and permissions, managed SAML and SCIM, automated identity lifecycle. Custom access domains are reserved for a future MSP package. Package details are not yet available.

Managed customer workspace charges are billed to the Stackyapper account that manages them. Ordinary company workspaces pay only for their selected Stackyapper plan.

Common questions

Do you charge per user?

No. Standard and Business both include unlimited users.

What comes with a customer workspace?

Its own users, apps, permissions, and SAML and SCIM connection. Identity is included in the workspace price. Custom access domains are not included automatically.

How are customer workspaces billed?

Your plan covers your company workspace. Customer workspaces are billed separately, and the per-workspace price decreases as you add more active customers.

What support do I get?

Email support is included. We target an initial response within two business days. We do not currently offer onboarding or scheduled support calls.
