Enterprise

Coming Soon

For organizations with requirements beyond Business. We're defining this with customers rather than guessing.

MSP usage add-ons

Customer workspace and identity charges are billed to your MSP account. You decide whether to include them in your managed service, pass them through, or absorb them.

+$49 / month per managed customer workspace

Each customer you onboard gets its own isolated workspace with its own users, apps, and permissions.

+$99 / month per customer identity package

Give a customer workspace its own SSO/SCIM connection and branded custom access domain.

Common questions

How plans and add-ons fit together.

Are users capped?

No. Standard and Business include unlimited team users. Managed customer workspaces are billed separately.

What is a customer identity package?

A customer workspace’s own SSO/SCIM connection plus a branded custom access domain, at $99 per month per customer.

Is Microsoft or Google sign-in the same as managed SAML and SCIM?

No. Standard includes ordinary Microsoft and Google sign-in. Business adds managed SAML and SCIM, group sync, automated user lifecycle controls, and your own custom access domain.

Do I need Enterprise to add users?

No. Standard and Business do not limit team users. Enterprise is coming later for requirements beyond Business—not as a required upgrade.
