Business includes customer administration and workspace switching after MSP or consultant verification. Each managed customer workspace includes unlimited customer users, separate apps and permissions, managed SAML and SCIM, automated identity lifecycle. White labeling, workspace tool prefixes, and custom access domains are included after verification. Request access in the portal. A Stackyapper product admin reviews your business type (MSP or consultant) and company website.

Managed customer workspace charges are billed to the Stackyapper account that manages them. Ordinary company workspaces pay only for their selected Stackyapper plan.

Customer workspace pricing

MSP capabilities are in preview with staged availability; approval does not automatically enable every capability. The Business base is $199 per month; verification adds no platform fee. Customer workspace charges are separate. The base fee still applies.

Example: five active customer workspaces cost $595 per month, plus the $199 Business base, for $794 total. There is no workspace minimum or maximum.

Common questions

Do you charge per user?

No. Standard and Business both include unlimited users.

What comes with a customer workspace?

With Business and approved MSP or consultant verification: its own users, apps, permissions, and SAML and SCIM connection. Identity is included in the workspace price. Custom access domains are not included automatically.

How are customer workspaces billed?

Business is $199 per month. Verified MSPs and consultants pay $119 per month for each billable customer workspace.

What support do I get?

Email support is included. We target an initial response within two business days. We do not currently offer onboarding or scheduled support calls.
