Support Policy
This Policy describes the email support included with Stackyapper self-service subscriptions and the services that are outside its scope.
Support channel
Stackyapper provides product, account, billing, and cancellation assistance by email at support@stackyapper.dev. Self-service subscriptions do not include telephone, video, live-chat, Discord, or dedicated messaging-channel support.
Suspected vulnerabilities and security incidents should be reported to security@stackyapper.dev. Security reports may be submitted at any time, but neither the support nor security mailbox is represented as a continuously monitored emergency service.
Availability and response target
Support is handled on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Stackyapper targets an initial response within two business days. This is a target, not a guaranteed response or resolution time and not a service-level agreement. Resolution time depends on the request, the information provided, and any third-party systems involved.
Included support
Support includes reasonable assistance with account access and billing questions; clarification of documented Stackyapper functionality; investigation of suspected Stackyapper defects; investigation of connector failures that may originate within Stackyapper; and updates about confirmed Stackyapper incidents affecting the requester.
Stackyapper may request relevant error messages, timestamps, reproduction steps, configuration details, or other diagnostic information. Customers must not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, session cookies, or other secrets by email.
Services not included
Self-service support does not include onboarding, implementation, migration, training, meetings, telephone calls, screen sharing, custom development, consulting, managed operations, data entry or repair, or building or configuring connectors, workflows, prompts, integrations, identity providers, AI clients, or third-party services.
Stackyapper does not provide support for third-party accounts, permissions, subscriptions, service availability, API behavior, or undocumented vendor behavior. Stackyapper will reasonably investigate whether a reported issue originates within Stackyapper.
Managed customer workspaces
The managing Stackyapper account is the support contact for its managed customer workspaces. The managing business is responsible for supporting its own customers and collecting the information needed to report a suspected Stackyapper issue. Stackyapper does not provide direct support to the managing business’s customers unless agreed in writing.
No self-service SLA
Self-service subscriptions do not include guaranteed response times, resolution times, uptime commitments, service credits, or other service levels. Any different support or service-level commitment must be stated in a signed order form or agreement.
