Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect customers, connected systems, and the StackYapper platform.

Permitted use

Use StackYapper only for lawful business purposes, within permissions you are authorized to grant, and with appropriate human oversight. You are responsible for users, identity-provider security, authenticators, API credentials, connected systems, permissions, workflows, outputs, backups, and recovery procedures under your account. Enable tools capable of writing, sending, executing, revoking, disabling, moving, or deleting only where the intended users and agents require that capability.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the Service to:

• access, collect, alter, disclose, or destroy data without authorization;
• violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, export-control, sanctions, anti-discrimination, communications, or other law;
• distribute malware, exploit code, spam, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive content;
• bypass authentication, rate limits, confirmations, service grants, tenant boundaries, or other safeguards;
• scan, probe, benchmark, reverse engineer, or test the Service without written authorization;
• impersonate others or misrepresent the origin or authority of an instruction;
• make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without a lawful basis, required notice, and meaningful human review;
• use the Service for weapons, human trafficking, child exploitation, unlawful surveillance, or conduct likely to cause physical harm;
• overload, disrupt, resell, sublicense, or provide service-bureau access except under a signed agreement; or
• use preview or beta functionality in production-critical or high-risk workflows without accepting the risk.

Security testing and enforcement

Report vulnerabilities to security@stackyapper.dev and do not access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate a finding. StackYapper may investigate, throttle, suspend, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, customers, or the public. When practicable, we will notify the account owner and allow remediation.
