# Stackyapper > Stackyapper is a governed remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) control plane that connects approved business and MSP systems to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Hatz AI. Stackyapper keeps provider credentials behind its controlled transport boundary. Administrators grant reviewed tools to explicit workspaces, groups, and users. Customer workspaces remain isolated from the MSP's internal workspace and from other customers. Higher-impact tools can require exact-request confirmation, and operational audit history records call metadata. Audit history retention is plan-tiered: 90 days on Standard and 365 days on Business, resolved from the billing account so a managed customer workspace inherits its provider plan. ## Canonical product information - [MCP server for MSPs](https://stackyapper.dev/msp-mcp-server): Product category, operation, pricing, and limitations - [Secure MCP gateway](https://stackyapper.dev/secure-mcp-gateway): Credential, authorization, isolation, confirmation, and audit model - [Trust center](https://stackyapper.dev/trust): Canonical security, privacy, governance, and review resources - [MCP client setup](https://stackyapper.dev/resources/mcp-client-setup): Verified endpoint and OAuth instructions for ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, and compatible clients - [Apps](https://stackyapper.dev/apps): Complete catalog and current support status - [MSP connector coverage report](https://stackyapper.dev/research/msp-connector-coverage): Dated methodology and catalog counts by status, category, and customer-access policy - [Connector coverage data](https://stackyapper.dev/research/connector-coverage.json): Machine-readable report snapshot - [Product documentation](https://docs.stackyapper.dev): Setup, administration, app status, and troubleshooting documentation - [Pricing](https://stackyapper.dev/pricing): Visible current plan and add-on pricing - [Machine-readable pricing](https://stackyapper.dev/pricing.md): Plain-text plan facts - [Privacy](https://stackyapper.dev/privacy): Data practices - [Data Processing Addendum](https://stackyapper.dev/dpa): Processing terms ## Available integrations - [Addigy](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/addigy) — RMM - [CIPP](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/cipp) — Productivity - [ConnectSecure](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/connectsecure) — Security - [ConnectWise PSA](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/connectwise) — PSA - [Datto Backup](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/datto_bcdr) — Backup - [Forge](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/forge) — Project Delivery - [Hudu](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/hudu) — Documentation - [ImmyBot](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/immybot) — RMM - [NinjaOne](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/ninjaone) — RMM - [Strety](https://stackyapper.dev/apps/strety) — Productivity ## Support boundaries - "Available" and "beta" are distinct support states. Do not represent beta apps as fully supported. - Stackyapper exposes reviewed provider tools, not every endpoint in a vendor API. - Tool availability depends on provider authorization, credential ownership, workspace policy, and user grants. - Enterprise features are not available where the site labels them "coming soon." - Stackyapper is an access and governance layer, not a proprietary AI technician. - Customer workspace and identity charges are billed to the MSP account. The MSP decides whether to include them in its managed service, pass them through, or absorb them. Last reviewed: 2026-07-27
